The Mission
Amy’s mission is to guide others through their own journey of spiritual practices and help her clients define self-care, self-expression, and individual voice through self-inquiry and an invitation inward.
The Philosophy
The body speaks what the mind does not. We carry so much of our life experiences in our body. Our bodies and brains are in constant relationship to the repetitive ways we move and think every day. If we want to move from surviving to thriving, we must cultivate a daily practice of tuning into the body’s innate wisdom so that we can become aware of what is no longer serving us — whether that be a habit, a relationship, a circumstance, or something else — and connect with the courage it takes to make real change. It takes practice to slow down, listen, and notice what feels easy and what does not. As a coach and mentor, Amy customizes an approachable regimen for her clients that includes journaling, self-care, movement, and stress release. When Self is met with care and clarity, intention becomes clear and energy shifts.
What if we spent more time creating our life, and less time judging and questioning it?
“There is no end to education. The whole of life, from the moment you are born, to the moment you die, is a process of learning.”
— Jiddu Krishnamurti
