Your Body Knows
There is no reciprocal value to things you are saying yes to that simply no longer feel good. Your old patterns may be blocking your free flowing energy. It is as if you are taking away from something that already feels depleted. Holding onto things that are not aligned with who you are or who you want to become — your old wardrobe, your work life, your value, your energy, your circle view of all the ways you are nurturing yourself (or not) — it’s time to let go.
Let go of what no longer is serving you. If what you are doing is using up all of your energy, it’s time to let go. Your body knows. Your spirit knows.
This includes relationships, environments, and whatever else feels depleting and heavy. There is nothing easy about letting go. It’s about listening to the feels over the thoughts. Like evolving vs. feeling stuck. People-pleasing. Limited Beliefs. Old patterns. It can feel a little vulnerable to feel good! You might feel guilty. Yet, your desires — if given space and honor to — will become strong enough when you trust the space you are making for them.

Redirect negative energy toward something positive; create something new! Change your thought and change the outcome.
Romance. Get your sexy on! Intimacy is important!
Make an effort to take care of yourself. Move! It’s so important to move your energy and lift your mood!
Do something special for someone. Send a sweet card, text, or flowers — just because.
Therapy. Yep, therapy is a freaking gift!
Release your negativity and learn ways to take healthy steps forward. Always listen closely to yourself. Your soul is speaking. Whispers from within and answers are always present from the heart. YOUR BODY KNOWS.
